I keep 4 balls for Driver just before heading to first tea. Saturdays I hit only odd # clubs and Driver, Sundays, even # and Driver. I always warm up for weekend golf, as the money action is at its peak. When I get to the course, I check in, and grab cart key, then off to the vehicle to saddle up. I head out at 7, with a 5 min drive to the course. Sometimes me and the wife team up to cook something. I'm a kid at heart, so cereal it is, most of the time. Because I work night shift, I have some sleep issues when I try and sleep at night, so most times, I'm up by 5 am, for 8:30 tee time for both Sat an Sun.

Shoes, Sk圜addie, extra towels if really hot, and I know what clothes I'm wearing, my wife normally styles me, it's been a pretty good, goodluck routine of hers. I have my Titleist equipment ready to go the night before, always. After that I'll make sure we're all square on the game we're playing and try to hit one down the pipe!

After that, I'll take a few full swings (3-6 balls) with either odd or even numbered clubs for about 10 min, and then I'll drain 3-6 footers until our starter lets us know we're up. I usually try to get up and down until I feel like I've got a good read on the greens, fairway and rough conditions. Toss my shoes on in the parking lot, chat with the course staff for a few min and then putt and chip for about 20 min. I get to the club about 45min before go time. I drink as much coffee as I can and then get my golf gear on, pack some granola, extra cash, a new sleeve of ProV's, a fresh mug of coffee and head over to the course. The homemade is some much better than Dunks or Buck's. I generally make an bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on an english muffin. I do love an early morning tee time, but I don't take it as far as you guys and gals do.įirst thing's first is to get coffee and breakfast going.
